What’s more frustrating than a never-ending to-do list?

Who am I?

I’m a certified Life and Weight Coach, of course. More than that, I am a serial overachiever, live-life-to-the-max, say-yes-to-everything kind of woman, with a life goal to make the world a better place by empowering people to live their best life.

I love relocating, I call it the lazy way to self development. Why? Relocating forces us to build our life from nothing: figure out who we are, what we want, and who we want to spend our time with.

The second sink or swim method to personal growth? Entrepreneurship. Again, it is one of the most self exposing paths we can choose.

Three years ago I left a stable and successful career in finance, relocated, launched my own business, fell in love, and suddenly, on my fourth continent, I was ready to stay.

How? I did the work. Now, I teach others how to live their best life by giving the middle finger to anxiety and getting sh*t done.

So, why am I focusing on teaching you how to f*ck anxiety?

When I started coaching a lot of clients came to me explaining that the reason they had anxiety was because of their boss, their dating life, their MBA, their to-do lists, all things outside of themselves. As though anxiety would pass if they changed jobs, relocated, found the love of their life, lost the weight, etc.

In case you haven’t noticed this already, it doesn’t. I call it the Anxiety Habit. Once you have it, you have it. Just like smoking a cigarette. Not only that, it spirals. Let me show you.

You start with some anxiety about your finals at college.

You have anxiety about getting the right job.

You have anxiety about getting fired.

You have anxiety about your mid year review.

You get promoted and have anxiety about the extra responsibility.

Nothing that happens outside of you – no promotion, excellent review, job or grade will get rid of your anxiety. In fact, if you start with the anxiety habit, every “success” will feed your anxiety.

The Anxiety Habit continues to spiral under the weight of people pleasing, to-do lists, decision-making, perfectionism , stress and self-criticism. Soon we build a habit of anxiety over any decision – what to wear, what to eat, what to reply to a f*cking message.

You do not want to keep feeding the habit. Trust me. 

This is your time to be confident, be focused, be empowered and be in control.
